This for no-shows who show so much "interest" in the item and promise to be at the decided location at so and so time, and not show up. They do not even have a courtesy of at least calling or writing.
Makes me so angry ....

I hear ya. It's so annoying. Although, I am getting used to such jerks now. I do not sit and wait for people who promise to come pick up the stuff. If someone calls after them, I do not wait for the first party. First come first serve  .
'Cause I said so!
